EARLY BOOKING! Plus 20% discount if you make an early reservation (3 months before arrival date). For this it is needed an advanced payment of the 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS

You could also pay in advance the total amount of your reservation the same day or maximum the next 2 days of the confirmation of the reservation with a discount of 30% of the initial price, as beside. Minimum stay of 8 nights is needed for this and is valid for all periods. In case of cancellation money do not return (instead is possible to issue a voucher with the same value in order to be used in the future),

SPECIAL EVENTS !!

During the months of February. March, April and October, November and December there is the possibility to organize special all-day sightseeing tour of the island with full tour in Greek or English.

SPECIAL OCCASSIONS!!

We can also organize special BBQ / birthdays /celebration party nights for groups (minimum 10 people).

Rooms with price a’ have balcony & panoramic sea view,

Rooms with price b’ have windows (sea or mountain view).

*The quadruple space is consisted by two rooms, both with 2 single beds,

separated by one corridor. They have windows (not balcony) with mountain

and partly sea view and one bathroom.

All rooms are equipped with mini fridge, digital & satellite TV, hair dryer, a/c (cold, hot),

telephone & wireless internet connection (free).

Room cleaning, daily.

Full change of sheets, towels etc., every 2^nd day.

(those services are always according to customer needs)

Breakfast: Continental or other type of breakfast is offered, at the request of the customer with additional charge.

Prices include as a welcome free soft drinks / water in the fridge.

Prices include VAT & city taxes.

Daily tax of 0.50 euro / night is not included.

MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED

**Also we offer the possibility to pay by card to the currency of your country by using the

DCC (Dynamic currency convertor) system. So the time you pay the system converts at real time

the value of the euro to the value of your currency **.

For reservations made by telephone, e-mail or fax, payments

should be made in advance. The minimum amount (as guarantee) is the one

night price a’ of a 2bl. or 3pl. occupancy room.

In case of cancellation or not arrival of the client the amount could not be refunded.. .

Payments are made either in cash or via wire bank transfer or other

transfer method of payment or by credit card, or by paypal.

Special prices for groups or tourists agencies (call for more info).
