Deposits

For reservations made by phone, email, or fax, a deposit equivalent to the cost of one night's stay is required.

In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Payments can only be made through a bank account transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal or iris.
There is an option to settle in 3 interest-free installments with a credit card.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation of prepaid bookings for a specific period, the amount will be refunded minus the cost of two nights in a double room.

In case of non-use of the reserved room for all or part of the agreed period, the guest is required to pay compensation equal to half of the agreed price for the period during which the room was not used.

The above does not apply if the guest notifies 28 days in advance of any changes.

Special Events

During the months of February, March, April, October, November, and December, there is the possibility of organizing full-day special tours and excursions around the island with a complete guide in Greek or English.

Additionally, we provide transportation and pickup services to and from the entry and exit points of Andros' popular hiking trails throughout our operating season.

Special BBQ nights, birthday celebrations, and party events can also be arranged in the garden for groups of more than 10 people.

These services are charged additionally.

How can I get to Andros and Blue Dolphin?

By ferry from Rafina. The journey takes about 2 hours or less with the high-speed ferries. From May to October, the ferry schedules are very frequent. Be sure to make your arrival and departure reservations early. The port of Andros is Gavrio. Batsi is about 10 minutes away from the port. If you do not have your own transport, there are buses and taxis, and you can also rent a car or a scooter from the port (it is advisable to book in advance, especially during the summer season).
To get to Blue Dolphin, follow these directions: From Gavrio, take the road towards Batsi. Once you pass the sign 'Batsi (entrance A)', you will come to an intersection (taverna 'Almi' & 'Linardos' paint shop). Turn right at this intersection. This road leads to Batsi, while the other road (on the left) is the bypass road that goes around Batsi and continues to the town (Chora). About 100 meters from the turn, you will find a parking area on both the left and right sides of the road. On your left, not directly on the road, is Blue Dolphin. There is a sign at this point, and a downhill path that you can walk down.
For your convenience, however, and to reach our main entrance, continue straight along the main road, and after about 250 meters, you will reach the small church of Saint Nicholas (on your left). Before the church, on your right, you will see our second sign (a large sign, along with other accommodations/hotels). Turn left at the church and go up a small hill. Continue straight, passing the Mare e Vista hotel, and after you reach the end of the road, you will be at Blue Dolphin. You can park nearby.

If you would like to be picked up from the port, let us know, and we will arrange it. This service has a small charge and is arranged in advance with the customer.
